Steve Sayors sat on a plastic chair, surfing the web on his laptop. Just checking out the Shove-It roster on the XWF website. In the privacy of his own room, in his own home, he didn't have to worry about someone barging in and hurting him like so many had lately. Lately? Try always. Since early childhood. That was exactly why he was in the job he was in. Because being used as a ragdoll when something went wrong was nothing new, he saw no problem with taking a career in it. Well, that and he saw an opportunity to spend a lot of time around big wrestling stars. Getting hit by somebody famous was somewhat more appealing, but they were all a lot stronger than playground bullies. In short, Sayors needed his time alone. But, his mind was never on anything but the XWF. Hence he scrolled through the list of names, looking for his next 'target' for an interview. He came to the name "Dawn Carson", and it instantly clicked in his mind.

Sayors: Dawn Carson versus El Rey. Wednesday Madness.

Yeah, the "sorry excuse for an interviewer" never forgot who was matched up with who. Nor when or where it would take place. Okay, maybe sometimes. Usually... But this time, he remembered. For what reason he knew this was a mystery. El Rey wasn't hugely notable, at least in XWF, and the name Dawn Carson rang a bell to very few people. As he pondered what this Dawn girl might be like, he spoke aloud, since the only person that would listen to Steve Sayors was... Steve Sayors.

Sayors: Well, I know she's attactive like every other woman in XWF. Unless the head of Gilmour's mother counts... But, Dawn intrigues me. Wasn't she the betrayed friend of some never-was XWF star who the majority of fans won't remember? Yet, Dawn will probably spend at least twenty-five minutes talking about it and the her first match here relates to tha--

~*In the interest of not boring you further, we're skipping the majority of Steve's shit about why he's going to interview Dawn prior to his match. Seriously, nobody listens to Steve. Fuck Steve. He's annoying and he can't structure a proper sentence any better than Gilmour. We'll skip to the interview. The part where Dawn talks, in fact... Yeah, you're welcome.*~

After a long and pointless introduction to the interview from Steve Sayors, Dawn finally gets her chance to speak.

Dawn: Uhhh... Thanks for that introduction. So, a lot of you don't know who I am, and Sayors wanted to get a proper interview with me before I get my first match down. But, y'know. I don't wanna give too much away about myself just yet. You'll find out more when I tell you, and it isn't right now. I'm from Brooklyn, New York. I have a set of goals for my time in the XWF, but I still don't want to give too much away. What I can tell you about them is that I take issue with a couple of people for my own reasons, and I'll make those clear shortly.

Sayors: Does it have anything to do wit--

Dawn: Shana? Is that what you were going to ask me?... Well, maybe it does have something to do with her and how she used me to get what she want. She did come to the XWF and leave me behind and I resent her for it. But, she's gone now. It's not her I have issues with right now in XWF. That is all I have to say. I'm done with this. I told you what I came to tell you.
