Do you honestly not understand that? You may be their biggest fan boy but they don't belong to you.

Anyone is free to share their opinion about that band, just like you are free to shit all over any band I listen to.

The DIFFERENCE is that I won't act as if I was personally attacked, because I WASN'T.

Get that through your head.

I guarantee you that people are going to make fun of ITM in character and out of character. In character you can address it, out of character you can address it, in a civil way, or you can ignore it all together.

Because again, they aren't making fun of you they are making fun of a band.

Well you can ask, but I would imagine people are going to ignore that request.

You are better off ignoring people and posts that bring up ITM in a negative fashion that is the only way this is going to work out for you.

I am sure we all listen to music that others would find to be garbage or watch shows that others would consider awful.

Pete is free to like whoever he wants, that's not even the issue here.

Let's keep that in mind.

Gilmour is free to defend In This Moment until it kills him, if he does it IC he can say whatever he wants.

If he wants to do it OOC than he has to do it in a respectful and non confrontational manner.

I know there are a lot of people that think they are horrible, and that's fine and people are welcomed to tell me just how bad they are and how much work Johnny Rzenick has had done to his face but at the end of the day I'll either calmly say I disagree or I will say nothing at all.

Better question is, why can't Peter defend them in a calm and civil manner without breaking OOC rules?
