Random number generators/dice.

These could be really interesting if they were used right. They could be used during matches, to determine entry numbers in bigger matches, to determine who picks stipulations for matches, etc. I have seen this feature on other boards so just thought I'd throw it out there.

Not sure I follow. Can you give me an example link to look at so I know what you mean? What would the difference be from me just running a random number generator on a bash command line and then posting the numbers for a match or event that would need them?

So, you mean like a number generator for a match like say, a royal rumble kind of event where people enter based on the number selected. Yeah, I think I understand that. Not sure why we'd have to rely on numbers for smaller matches, though.

As I saw it before, the poster rolled the dice themselves. There's a choose how many/roll dice option when they post, it's not a big deal but it might make it feel more interactive if people roll themselves (I say as a victim :p). It'd just be a gimmick, nothing huge.

But do you have an example link somewhere where I can view this in action?

Yeah I dont have the first clue what is going on in that thread, but you can see people have rolled with their posts.

So, from what I'm understanding, you post something on a thread and get numbers that way?

@Peter Fn Gilmour can just shoot himself doing a live YT video drawing random names and numbers if we need something done. Right gilly?

Yeah you choose to roll when you click post.

If I'm understanding, kind of like on 4Chan when the post IDs show and are random numbers? Where you can make bets on the last 4 numbers. You mean an idea like that but with dice instead of post ids?

Another idea, whenever we figure out how to increase the value of X-Bux; have people bid on spots!

IMO, live drawings are the best way, if someone has the courage to go on camera.

Maybe Green wanted you to be together with Cyren.. maybe even settling down after battling him 3 times within a row.
