Alright, it 1 pm in the afternoon and we see that Tommy rides his chopper near to Katie's strip club. The club looked like a wasteland with some few guys in there, and strippers weren't ready to perform yet, so Tommy sits on some bar stool and drinks a shot of water.

Damn... this place looks dry as hell in the afternoon.
