I have now been running Madness for a month, 2 shows as Theo and 2 as Oz, I am wondering if you all would be willing to give me some feedback.

What do you like?

What do you not like?

Is there anything you would like to see done differently or not at all?

Is there anything that I don't do that you wished I did?

I am just looking for your feedback. The results are in large part dictated by the work that you all do and so I do not want a situation where my show does not meet your expectations.

If you would prefer to contact me via PM or Skype that is perfectly fine, otherwise consider this thread your sounding board, and I rpomise if you think what you have to say may be harsh, I will not take it personally.
