The night was still…almost too silent and I sighed, looking around the park and just wondering if he was even going to bother showing up. I knew he saw what I looked like when she took over…I know he saw me fucking lose my mind…I was sitting on a park bench, feeling and looking almost as dead as the park. Occasionally, I would look over at the main gate to see if he was walking through but each time, my heart sank just a little.

“Micah?”

I looked back and smiled softly, “Michael.”
