Panzer places his thumb to his mouth and begins to blow against it, but the plugged up mouth just keeps the air trapped in his mouth, puffing out his cheeks, and soon, blow after blow, Panzer begins to appear more swole and more huge than Socio.

"The power of a God, shitass. I can change how the fuck I want at any time."

He then lets out a very, very long exhale and all the muscle mass and height disappears and he's back to his normal self again, grabbing his red nose, and all of a sudden it sounded like that horn from The Mask.
