This year we're going to allow team captains to each decide on a specific amount of time their team mates have to post their first RP (and prove they won't be a no show) so we can hopefully avoid any teams getting screwed over. I'm hoping nobody gets kicked off of a team, but if a captain smells a no show they have that right.

Here's what I need each CAPTAIN to do ASAP: Reply to this thread and announce what date and time your team mates have until to post at least one RP.

For example, as a captain I'd tell my team, "Hey bois you have until December 15th at 12 noon board time to at least get some shitty first RP up so I know I don't have to boot your filthy ass off the team, bub!"

And then once that time passes, if somebody hasn't RPed yet, I'd have the right to kick them off the team and ask Shane to deliver their REPLACEMENT ASAP!

The replacement could be someone good or it could be a total shit bag like Crimson Dong. But at least it won't be a no show!

Also please don't jump the gun on your team and get trigger happy with this option. Try to talk to the team and if somebody is running behind but says they're working on an RP already, give them a little more time to at least get it up so their work isn't wasted.
