The screen slowly reveals the face of Oswald, a large blunt cigar between fingers, as Thias stands at his side, pulling out a lighter as Mr. Oz leaned back in his comfy chair, pushing a button, activating the lighter's torch, which lit the blunt as Oz took a couple light drags, getting a good taste of the weed that comprised of not just as the filling, but as well as the wrapping too. Soon, he starts taking big inhales and lets out a large cloud before holding it out to Thias, who takes his own deep drag before holding the cigar to the ash tray made out of the most beautiful onyx.

"One, magic and advanced tech exist. Get over it. Two, you'll end up getting fucked by the ones in charge at least once, twice if you're nasty, but once you get to know them, you know they're good lads and they care about the business and them screwing you out of opportunities, is them admitting that you're almost there, but not yet.

So, what am I in this match? A Litmus test. Because so far, Clutch, you're not doing well right now as a greenhorn. You're supposed to make a mark! You got close to doing good things. After all, you won that Royale. Takes some good intestinal fortitude. Then you lost because you were saddled with a constant disgrace with the name of 36. I don't do Roman numerals unless I'm dealing with something Roman. 

Which, honestly? A good thing for you, because it shows you didn't eat the pinfall. So no wonder if they want to test you with me! Where we're all so silly and supposed to play like children celebrating All Hallow's Eve! A match where we have to protect someone else! But here's another fact about this place, just for you two:

He takes a quick drag on the cigar before handing it to Thias, who also joins once again and places the cigar on the ash tray. Oz blows a big cloud of smoke to the side before speaking again

"Metaphorically. See, I've been here, day in, day out, week after week, constantly working to make these poor schmucks who watch us, entertained by our suffering. 

I've been the one who has picked up this massive trunk of a show and decided to carry it!  I AM MR. ANARCHY! Without my goddamn presence on the screen every time the show is live, the stats drop! I AM THE MAN WHO RUNS THIS DAMN SHOW!

The camera floats away as he takes another drag on the cigar before passing it to Thias while turning his back to the camera before blowing out the smoke as the camera fades out.

Oswald seen on his phone in his office, free hand tossing up a baseball and catching it as he talks.

"Uh huh. Make sure that I get the Q3 reports soon. I want to comb through that shit as soon as possible."

A couple minutes pass

"Appreciate your help, Thias. And make sure no one is forced to work longer than they're contractually obligated. From head to toe, even the managers and supervisors. If they work a minute longer than they have to, then they can work on their own time, for free, because I will not be the reason why people are up my ass about a crunch. Maybe that'll incentivize them to work their normal hours a little harder."

He hit end call as he got placed the ball back in its case, and on it, upon closer inspection had several signatures on the ball, covered with the signatures of the 2016 Chicago Cubs World Series winners. The camera shows him leaving his office, locking the door up and leaving it to head to his ring, where he saw his daughter putting the students through their paces. Some of them exercising to improve on parts of their weakest traits: stamina, upper body strength and lower body strength. Some of them were in a small group, as they tried to improve on their mic work, and in the ring was some of his hardest working students, the very two who won the tag team match not long ago in one of his promos. 

Oswald walked up behind his daughter, placing a hand on her back before placing a hand on her head and gently ruffling her hair.

"Dad!" she said in a happy, but whispered voice and giving him a side hug.

"Hey sweetie. How's are they tonight?"

She looked his way, to the ring,

"Good. They're the hardest working, not to belittle the others, but there's something about these two. They'd bleed wrestling if they could."

He chuckled, patting her right shoulder

"Keep an eye on them."

She nodded as Oswald then went to check each group of students, to essentially helicopter parent, not wanting them to collapse from exhaustion and overworking themselves as the camera faded to black.
