This Is Billy Paladin. Billy is mute. Say hello, Billy.
Billy continues to stare at the camera.

Billy can't say hello, as you can see. Since this is the XWF, Billy Paladin needs a manager, someone he can trust to speak for him. The question, though, is who is that man? Or woman, for that matter?
